Our Process

Our Process

As a prospective client, you should know that our process is pretty simple. We’re methodically fast, set strong milestones, and communicate a heck of a lot. It’s our experience that small businesses and organizations prefer to know what’s going on and love the communication, even if it’s just us providing updates.

We’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure your website design, digital marketing strategy, internet marketing plan, or graphic design is successful. After all, as a company built exclusively through referrals, our reputation depends upon quality and ROI of our work.

At Renaya, your success is how we measure our own.

Web Design

Step One: Getting on the same page
The first step in any project is an introductory meeting to identify measurable goals, get an understanding of who your competitors are, your niche in the market, an overview of your products and services, an idea of where you want to be five years from now, and more.

Step Two: Creating Mock-Ups
Once we’re on the same page, your Account Executive will do a thorough analysis on your competition and will meet with the design team to present their findings and your requirements for the website. After a considerable amount of time, large amounts of Nescafe, and a quite possibly donuts from Shipley’s (where else?), our creative designers will hit their Apple computers and come up with two mock-ups for your review.

Step Three: The Presentation
Your Account Executive will set a time to do a screen share and phone conference to go over your design or your strategy map. You can liken this step to meeting the architect for your house. You’ll see a floor plan, and have the opportunity to make changes.

For your website, you’ll be presented with two options, of which you can pick and choose functionality and layout for both to create a new look, say you like one or the other, or tell your Account Executive to go back to the drawing board! We’re proud to say the last option has only happened once. :)

Step Four: The Magic
This is where the house starts to really be built. After approving your website mock-ups, we start creating your layout on a testing server, incorporating your colors and branding, designing functionality, and adding in your content.

Step Five: Regroup
Depending upon our agreement, we’ll stay in continuous contact to adjust your website and provide more training as needed. All of our clients receive training, custom recorded video tutorials, and 30 days to make changes to the website.

Step Two: Creating a Strategy Map
Your Account Executive will do a competitive analysis and meet with our marketing team to create a map for the next 6 months or a year. They’ll assess your budget along with which channels would be more effective for your brand, create a strategy map based upon expected ROI, and provide it to your Account Executive.

Step Three: The Presentation
Your Account Executive will set a time to do a screen share and phone conference to go over your strategy map. You can liken this step to meeting the architect for your house. You’ll see a floor plan, and have the opportunity to make changes.

We’ll give you a complete understanding of where we wish to position your marketing budget, what we expect to see as a return, and what it’ll do for your business. You’ll have the opportunity to work with us to make changes to your strategy, send us back to the drawing board, or say unleash the plan!

Step Four: The Magic
We’ll create your ad copy, deploy your marketing plan, gather data, and start creating reports. Expect to receive weekly reporting, along with a short conference call to understand your results.

Step Five: Regroup
Depending upon your agreement, we’ll provide an analysis on your monthly results and adjust our strategy as needed. Digital and Internet marketing is never set in stone, and should always remain fluid and dependant on current events, website heatmaps, click through rates, and conversions.
